The patch is 3.5" inches in diameter and shows a blue CD 123 E.C.& M. on a side pin attached to a Ponderosa Pine. The patch has a green border, a blue background in the center, a black-lined brown tree trunk, a grey side pin, and yellow lettering of JEFFERSON / STATE / INSULATOR / CLUB.
