This is a two-color patch with a green border surrounding a white background.  Around the outside, sewn in green, are the words "16TH NAT.INSULATOR & ADVERTISING JUBILEE/ ST. CHARLES, ILL."  In the center of the patch is the date, sewn in green, of "June/ 7,8,9/ 1985."  Between the date and the writing around the outside is a green CD 257 "Mickey Mouse" insulator at each point of the compass. The patch is 3 inches in diameter.
